My small obsession...

My small obsession is named Isabella and I confess the obsession I have had with her pictures : ) There is something about someone capturing your child in all of their personality. I know several of you have seen these, but I want to make sure everyone has the chance to see my precious angel in her element....tutus!!! YCW preschool program

Last night was our first preschool program with Isabella. I must say she acted just as predicted. That girl LOVES the stage! She did not sing one song b/c she was so busy waving at everyone in the crowd and blowing kisses b/c there were hundreds of people there, and as she imagined, all to see her : ) Every wave in the crowd from a parent she was waving right back saying "heeeyyy" and blowing kisses. I am going to try to post some of the video that I took so you can see her front and center out waving at the world the little entertainer that she is. Kevin's aunt put it best, "she may not be the star performer, but she was the star of the show." I wonder where she gets it from, loving to be on stage and all?

And here is the Miller family...Bella is hiding my "pooch" and my unbuttoned pants. On the 2nd child, it is true, you show much sooner! I have a small round belly at 12 weeks...or 13 weeks tomorrow!!, but thankfully I have not started gaining any weight yet....which is a miracle considering all that I eat, and several times a day!

I am a new aunt!

I am sorry that this is late, but as of last week, I am a new aunt. I don't have a great picture, but Daren (Kevin's Brother) and Kylie had Manning James Miller last Monday, April 9th at 6:36 pm. He was 6 lbs and 13 oz and 20 inch long. He looks just like his big sister Maylen. Very exciting! First boy in the Miller / Bankes family. He is very sweet! And Maylen is the best big sister! She is so interested and very helpful!

New sonogram pics

Hey everyone! I had another sonogram today to check for the "triple screen" and everything was looking healthy and on target. It was so funny b/c this baby is a mover! She had to stop b/c she could not even get a picture of it b/c it was moving so out of control. I fear the things to come : ) But I guess I am prepared to have all overly active children. I had to lay on my side for several min and go to the bathroom and then she tried again. All looks healthy so I just wanted to share the news so you could praise the Lord with us for His goodness in giving us a healthy baby!
The First picture is the profile shot. You can see the head in the middle left. The small indention is the eye and then you can follow it down across the abdomin. This 2nd pic is my favorite. I think it is an excellent personality shot to go along with the busyness. It is a little scary looking like an alien...which is normal, but it was waving (I am sure on purpose : ) so funny! The large dark circle is the brain and the 2 below is the eyes and then the little mouth. So CUTE!!!!

Visit from Mimi and Papa

Last week my mom and dad came up for a long overdue visit! Isabella was so excited to have her Mimi and Papa just in the room right next to hers. She has the best time with them! She loves to play outside with Papa and read books with Mimi. They have such a precious relationship and I treasure it so! Here are some pics of us with Mimi and Papa:

Papa and Mimi took us to the zoo...Noah's Zoo as Bella likes to call it. Her VERY favorite place to spend the day:

Here is Bella and Kevin looking at the Rhinos. Last week she jumped in the cage with the giraffes. I took 2 steps back to take her picture with some friends and she climbed and flipped over onto the grassy area. Luckily there were no animals close by and I could easily reach down to get her...and much scolding followed. She scares me so much with her NO fear! I just pray over her all of the time that she uses all of this energy and determination for God and she will go far in life!

We had so much fun last week. I was extra sad to see the extra hands of help leave! We will be heading to TN in 2 weeks for a shower for one of my dearest girls, Laura Lee. Can't wait to see some of you!
